Introducing Kate Kinnish Yoga
Yoga classes and events in Kent
Kate Kinnish Yoga is my new yoga studio based in Westerham, Kent. Set within the stunning Kentish countryside, you can find your flow at any of my classes that are held in my private garden studio or private poolside studio.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Like many of us, I came to the mat to help with anxiety after a series of life challenges.
From the moment I stepped onto the yoga mat, I loved it. My practice supported me through both pregnancies, through regular practice I found that my yoga helped me manage stress and maintain mental balance, whilst also providing flexibility and physical conditioning, to really enhance a sense of well-being.
I came away from the mat feeling stronger, grounded and happy; real-life magic.
I completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Julie Montagu at WholeSelf Yoga, with guest teachers Jasmine Helmsley, Nicki Ratcliff, Mona Lisa Godfrey, Vicki Fox, Jonelle Lewis, Katarina Rayburn. I continued my learning and completed additional trainings in Children’s Yoga, Teenage Yoga, and most recently Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
I teach a range of regular classes in and around Kent which include, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative and Yin. My class style is strong and dynamic, designed to allow you the space to step out of your head and into your body, with breath as your anchor, in the hope you will leave a class feeling strong, grounded and revitalised.
I also run yoga events in and around Kent. Take a look at the links to below to find out more about my classes and events.
